Nepola, who appeared in 21 episodes of RHOM before filing for divorce in April 2024, alleges that the network and producers deliberately portrayed him as financially unstable to heighten the show’s drama.

According to legal filings obtained by Entertainment Weekly, Nepola claims that Bravo and its partners used his name and likeness without permission while continuing to air defamatory content across television and social media platforms.

The lawsuit contends that producers manipulated footage, edited conversations out of context, and urged cast members to exaggerate false storylines about his financial situation to maintain audience engagement.

Nepola further asserts that the alleged defamation has caused severe damage to his professional reputation in Miami’s business community, resulting in millions of dollars in financial losses.
