Newman will have the final say when it comes to legal decisions and will also have sole physical custody of the boys, meaning they will primarily live with him.

King has been granted visitation rights, allowing her to see her sons three times a week during specific hours. However, these visits will be supervised.

Among those approved to supervise are the actress' mother, sister, brother-in-law, and Newman's brother, Kevin.

An addendum to the court order reveals that King’s visitation is supervised because she hasn’t yet completed a 6-month drug and alcohol program

which includes weekly testing, aftercare, a two-step program, a 26-week parenting course, individual counseling to tackle case-related issues, and joint counseling with the children when their therapist thinks it’s suitable.
